Terms of Service

Welcome to your private online gallery, provided by David Lawson Photography Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our gallery service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Access & Use

• Your gallery is provided for personal viewing, selection, and ordering of photographs.

• For commercial clients, usage will be as per the specific licence agreed in writing.

• You may share your gallery link with family, friends, or colleagues, but you are responsible for how they use it.

• Passwords and access codes must be kept secure and not misused.

2. Copyright & Licensing

• All images remain the copyright of David Lawson Photography Studios.

• Personal clients (weddings, portraits, pets, etc.) are granted a personal use licence to display, share, and print their images for private use only. Images may not be resold, edited, or used commercially without written permission.

• Business clients (headshots, products, PR, events, etc.) are granted a commercial licence as per the terms agreed in their contract. Extended usage (e.g. advertising, resale, broadcast) requires an additional licence.

3. Ordering & Products

• Products (prints, albums, wall art, digital files) may be purchased directly through the gallery or via our studio.

• Pricing is subject to change, but confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

• All sales are final, except where products are defective or damaged.

4. Downloads (if included in package)

• If your package includes digital downloads, you may save and print these for personal or licensed use only.

• Sharing files outside the terms of your licence (e.g. selling, commercial use without agreement) is strictly prohibited.

5. Gallery Availability

• Online galleries are typically hosted for [12 months] from the delivery date. After this, they may be archived or removed.

• We recommend placing your orders and saving your chosen images promptly.

• We maintain backups of your images for at least [2 years], but we cannot guarantee permanent storage.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for technical issues (internet outages, device errors, printing through third parties, etc.).

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services you have purchased from us.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
